The apartment has hardwood floors throughout the common areas with two carpeted bedrooms and a shared bathroom. It comes fully furnished with kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave), couch, TV, tables + chairs, and a bed! Free parking and shared utility + internet bill.
About the roomies
Hi there! I am looking to share my space in Royal Oak with my kitties. I am a master’s student and a gay trans man, so must be LGBTQ+ friendly. I feel more comfortable around females, but not necessary.
I am courteous of others and expect the same of a roommate: I keep my media (TV, games) at lower volumes during sleeping hours and at a reasonable level during waking hours, pick up after myself, and would notify the other about guests ahead of time. I host a board game night once a month, but keep to myself otherwise.
