The property is minutes away from downtown Rutland and only a short drive to Killington. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Rutland city, but close enough to be convenient to all the local amenities. The private single bedroom comes fully furnished (including a flatscreen TV), with utilities like high speed internet, heat, electricity (within reasonable amounts), etc. included. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant. There is a beautiful kitchen, laundry on site, and a billiards table. Mountain views all around the house. There is ample room for gardening in the back.

I am the primary resident and manager of the house, a mid-30s male. I work in the mental health and substance abuse recovery field. Prospective tenants will be sharing the guest wing of the house with Adam, a late 30s male who also works in psych. Logan and Shadow, my indoor cats, also live here. We are all introverted, generally quiet folks. We like to watch movies and listen to music, but otherwise enjoy our peace and quiet and privacy, and hope to find a tenant who is similar. We are not partiers, but we do enjoy hosting a dinner with friends once in a while.
