The open room has no furniture in it.

The neighborhood is quiet, super safe and there’s gas stations, grocery stores, and nice eating spots nearby. I love this area and go on daily walks, it’s very peaceful and beautiful.

it’s about 10 minutes from perimeter mall and just off the 400 exit.

within the apartment itself, there is a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a stove, A/C and heating, and I have a microwave and air fryer.

The living room has couches but no TV as an fyi.

a little bit about me: i am pretty quiet and keep to myself for the most part. i work from home and love keeping my home cozy and clean. i also just want to be helpful and considerate so friendship is a possibility or we can just co-exist peacefully 🥰

I have two kitties, mika and jupiee. both super chill and super skittish- probably won’t even see them. I absolutely keep control of the pet smell.

I value consideration and cleanliness.

I’m on a bit of a crunch so move in must be immediately. preferably before the 3rd! with december rent ready to go :)

I am an overall quiet person and keep to myself for the most part. I am friendly and helpful so there is also a possibility of friendship :). or we can just co-exist peacefully and separately. I value consideration and cleanliness: so, leaving the community spots as you found it with wiping down the stove, cleaning your used dishes with soap and water, sweeping up crumbs that you might have dropped. I will be doing the same. Smoking weed inside is fine as long as you try to keep it in your room as my cat has asthma, but I be smoking sometimes too with the windows open.
