Quiet spot in the heart of Bristol, conveniently located. The extra room is 10×15. Bathroom is a little tight, but the unit has en suite washing and drying and a kitchen island with good room to cook. One side room for random storage.
I’m a quiet and clean individual, I work in Newport as a bartender and I’m not home that often, so the place will be mostly to yourself! I have a cat as well, Fergus, and he’s and incredibly friendly and cuddly black cat - he’ll definitely expect you to pay the “pet the cat” tax.
