ABOUT THE HOME: I take pride in keeping a clean, well-maintained home and value a peaceful, respectful living environment. I also do my best to maintain a low-tox home and am looking for a roommate with a similar mindset. Someone who sees the apartment as a home, contributes to the household, and is mindful of quiet hours would be a great fit.

This space is best suited for someone with minimal belongings beyond their bedroom who values simplicity and a clean, uncluttered living environment, though I’m open to adding pieces that complement the Japandi-inspired aesthetic. If you’re the type to wash dishes after using them, take out the trash when needed, wipe down counters, and generally do your part without being asked, we’ll likely get along well.

I’m easygoing, family-oriented, and don’t mind visitors. The rooftop is a great place to gather with friends, while the apartment itself is intended to remain a comfortable and peaceful place to come home to.
