Hi everyone! I have TWO vacant rooms that will be available January 4th. Rent is 687.50 plus utilities. In total with utilities ranges from $710-$730, both room are identical to the pictures listed. and yes there’s windows we took the tin foil off 😂😂 Lease is MONTH TO MONTH but looking for someone to stay longer and looking for some long term friends. :)
Move in is deposit of 687.50 plus first month rent 687.59= $1,375
The home has 4 bedroom 2bath and you will be sharing the bathroom. You will also have kitchen, living room and laundry room privileges. You will also have parking on the driveway. The house is directly across the University House apartments Only a 10min walk from Cal State Fullerton
Looking for clean respectful FEMALES roommates that will pay ON TIME. Must pay rent the 1st of every month. We all have full time job and full time students at CSUF.
Sorry no pets or couples, 420 friendly just no smoking in the house.
