I have 2 rooms available at $600 each, unless you want both then then it would only be $1100 1 room has a its own back door that leads to backyard to the front of the house. There is a 7 foot chain link fence, wrapped around the house. I do have 2 dogs and a new kitten to catch the mice, lol Gridley has them everywhere. I do have a twin bed that is available if needed. The house is located by orchard hospital just down the street. Walkable distance to stores as well. Have a pretty good size kitchen to where we can share no problem. My son does live with me at the moment. But he won’t bother you he is 33 lol
