The property has 3 bedrooms (or 4 if you count the office space) and 2 baths. It’s pet friendly and has off street parking and a large carport and work shop. Plenty of storage. Fenced in front yard. The smaller bedroom is $800 and the largest bedroom is $1000. The larger bedroom has two walk in closets and its own entrance. You would use a shared hallway bathroom. And all communal spaces are shared such as kitchen, living/dining room and laundry.

I am looking for two roommates for my spacious house in north Knox. Walking distance from Broadway and 6 mins to downtown. I have two cats and animals are welcome with an additional deposit. I would prefer the animals meet to make sure they vibe. I hope to find community-minded individuals who are animal lovers-love for the outdoors, music, cooking and gardening is a plus! Preferable move in date is as soon as possible. I will be showing the house in the next couple of days, so message if you’re interested and want to set up a time to meet and check out the space.
