It’s a 3 bed, 2 bath but I’m renting out a room with a private bathroom. The price includes ALL utilities. I am not open to couples. Fenced in yard so I will consider dogs and cats only. You must have stable income and a clean background. Due to privacy and safety, I have only uploaded 1 pic of the room I’m offering but if I decide to move forward, I will be okay with providing a in person tour and more pics as well. I also recently put a tv and a new queen bed in the room so it is furnished. I plan on installing wall shelves too soon. The room has a decent sized closet space .

I’m looking for a roommate that matches my lifestyle. I’m very introverted and laidback. I also have a large dog. I am picky as far as what/who I would like in a roommate.
