About the room
I live in a sweet and wholesome time-capsule of a neighborhood. Quiet, great neighbors, good for walking and close to a bike trail. I’m outside the city limits but 15 minutes from downtown. You’ll have a private room (unfurnished, unlike the photos) and newly renovated bathroom. Huge, half acre backyard that has a garden area you’re welcome to use. Nice pups are welcome!
About the roomies
I’m a quiet, 41 year old female with a lovely dog named Maverick. We keep a quiet place and prefer not to host too frequently. I work outside the home during the week.
We’d get along best with other good natured folks that work and have quiet home lives. Maverick would be happy to have a friend if there is synergy there.
We can start with a short term lease and extend as necessary. Thanks!
