I work from home and love to cook and enjoy my house and my beautiful neighborhood. I am recently divorced so I need to compensate for some of the lost income. I keep the house pretty clean and the kitchen pretty spotless, this will be expected of the new roommate. The tenant must be a female, who rarely drinks alcohol and must be nonsmoker unless you are okay with smoking outside 100% of the time.
