Large 2 story home in upscale, safe neighborhood. No neighbors on 3 sides the property abuts a nature trail which ends nearby with a view of the Bay. Owner is an active, male, now retired professional who currently lives alone w/his friendly Siberian Husky. He’s interested in renting out half of the upstairs floor to one person as he spends most of his time downstairs and this will enhance mutual privacy. Upstairs rental includes fully furnished private bedroom and private bath + an additional, adjacent room (furnished or not) and as desired regular frig or mini-frig, microwave. Driveway parking included. Highest priority is trust/comfort and mutual respect. If/when established the following would be considered: Rent reduction in lieu of repair/upkeep assistance Access to home’s many amenities including laundry, lush yard.
