This house is near the downtown area within walking distance to shopping, bussing, etc., and also, it is in the back of the house from the street which makes it a quiet place to rest. The rent includes use of the laundry, living room, office/study area, kitchen with eat-in area, and bathroom – all shared, and off-street parking is available, too. Price may vary a little if you have any pets, but pets are welcome here. Currently, there are no pets in the home.

We have one other roommate staying with us at the moment and she stays in her own room on the opposite side of the house. She’s a mature woman, very nice, quiet, tidy and friendly. She knows how to share spaces, respects people and their privacy, and gets along well with others.

We would prefer to find another mature woman who also enjoys a quiet, clean home, doesn’t drink or do drugs (at least not excessively), and is respectful of people and their spaces.

So, if you’re courteous of others and their spaces, keep a clean house, prefer a quiet place versus a party house with frequent guests, and would like to be treated with the same respect you show to others, please inquire about renting John’s room, available now.
