Hi! We are a house of young professional guys looking to fill the 4th room on June 1st. We are conscientious, good-natured, and like a house with a relaxed and cooperative atmosphere.

We maintain a reasonably clean space: dishes done after every meal, rotating quarterly cleaning of common areas and 2 bathrooms. Pets are not allowed. Shoes-off at the door. Looking for guy with a stable job who contributes to our positive atmosphere.

4-bed, 2-bath, brick home with surrounding side yard and backyard maintained by the landlord, 2 blocks from Fayette St in Conshohocken. $600 per month for the room, plus utilities. We include internet and communally purchased paper products in the utility payment which averages $200/mo. The bedroom is about 13’x12.5’–it is shown with a queen size bed, but will be empty when you move in. There is a shallow closet ~1 ft deep where a few dress shirts can be hung. A standing rack for more button down shirts is advisable. There is ample basement storage for extra items.

The kitchen has a dishwasher. Radiator heating and window-unit A/C. Laundry washer and dryer in basement. Quiet neighborhood with easy to find parking spots on the street and 2 spots dedicated to our house in a driveway that comes from the alley.

The landlord is very helpful and responsive on repairs for the house. He asks for first month, last month, $500 security deposit on move-in, totals $1700. Rent payable by check or Venmo. You will be signing a 1-year lease.
