INTERIM ACCOMMODATION. NOT A ROOM RENTAL. Single bed. Not private. No luxuries. Accommodation for one who needs a few weeks to get to the next step of progress. Must be employed First shift, Monday to Friday. Out of my premises 8am to 6pm. Must save money toward exit weekly.

• Basic needs only offered: A place for safe comfortable sleep, shower, share bath, laundry once a week* central air/heat. Light meal preparation. NO: Smokers in or out. If you smoke, please DON’T call. NO: Drinking (alcohol/beer), drugs, 420 NO: Visitors, TV, key, WiFi, cable, internet, Sag-pants. Space not large enough for pets/kids/couples. ONLY TWO PIECES OF LUGGAGE ALLOWED. Don’t bring more than that! No FELONS or evictions. THIS WILL NOT SERVE AS YOUR MAILING ADDRESS Acquire a post office box or receive your mail at another location. If you break anything replace it. Leave with what you brought here. Don’t leave anything here. No negotiations. No barters. No FWB. No sexual deeds acceptable. This is not a personals ad. Only cordial respectful rapport. No drama. IF: You work FIRST shift with ID, proof of employment, are consistently clean and orderly (body - daily showers using soap and keep area) and common areas. Respectful of others and their belongings. Buy your own food/supplies. No housekeeping staff here. You are it. Perform minor chores regularly without being reminded, flexible, helpful–then this may work for you. Will take it one week at a time based on your actions. If you start out being compliant then don’t continue, You will be put out. If your mama threw you out or grandmama had to keep reminding your grown behind to pick up after yourself, DON’T CALL ME!!! CASH APP only $140 move-in (includes one time utility charge of $50). Conservation of utilities is a practice here. If you don’t follow conservation of utilities you will be charged additionally. $90/WEEK thereafter. Breaks down to Only $12 a day. PAID WEEKLY.
