We have a full size pool table, multiple patios, and BBQ grill; all are available for shared usage. The kitchen has granite countertops, flat top stove, and water/ice in the fridge door.

-Washer and dryer in garage for shared usage.
-The room is available furnished or unfurnished. Listed price is for unfurnished. Let me know if you need bed or end tables. I have king memory foam mattress that will fit. It is a large room. -Parking available and provided. Nothing extra for parking! -Storage space in garage available. -One young well trained cat that loves everyone on premises. Be nice to the cat!
