Good vibes wanted and provided! For rent one bedroom in a large house. The bedroom is large, it’s big enough to comfortably accommodate a king size bed.
We have a full size pool table, multiple patios, and BBQ grill; all are available for shared usage. The kitchen has granite countertops, flat top stove, and water/ice in the fridge door.
-Washer and dryer in garage for shared usage.
-The room is available furnished or unfurnished.
-Parking available and provided.
-Storage space in garage available.
-One young well trained cat that loves everyone on premises.

About the roomies
Near the beach! This is a large home with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Your bathroom is only shared with one resident and guests. The master bedroom has a bathroom that I use myself. You would be renting the room and sharing common spaces with a total of two other occupants. One young well trained cat that loves everyone on premises.
