House: Bedroom available fits a queen bed and large dresser. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room and mixed media room all fully furnished. Full Bath (upstairs) is shared but great size and has a whirlpool bathtub! (Half bath downstairs) Washer and dryer. ( happy to send pics of room/measurements if interested!) if needed, I can help with furnishing a bedroom—bed, potentially a dresser!

Accessibility: Street parking (just needs permit we can easily get) Bus to NYC comes on street corner regularly if you’re a commuter like myself! (but also train is 10 min drive) 5 min ride to Trader Joe’s and stop and shop 5-7 min drive to LA fitness and NY Sports Club Also 5-7 minutes to a few shopping complex’s (target, Costco, 15 min to Montclair (great gyms, restaurants, music venues and bars) 15 min from Willowbrook mall and a driving range 30 min to Morristown Able to walk to the local library, deli, Italian restaurant, coffee shop, salt sauna, sushi restaurant, liquor store There is a large park and dog park about 7-10 min drive away and there is a walking trail/park at the other end of the street

Hi! My names Sarah and I currently live in a house with my pup! I work in the city and sometimes take my pup with me. When I’m home I’m usually hanging out with my puppy watching tv. If I’m not home or work I’m typically at the gym or out with friends. I’m active on weekends depending on weather I’m sometimes out kayaking or walking around new places. I go home about once a month and also enjoy traveling. I’d love to find a roomie that we can watch a couple shows together or grab dinner/drinks occasionally but am totally ok to coexist as well as long as we respect each other and have a chill/ non stressful living arrangement!
