About the room
This room is in a newly remodeled townhome off of Prospect and Overland. For 800$ a month (which includes all utilities, wifi, etc) you get this huge finished and furnished basement room to yourself, including a private bathroom and even a little living room all to yourself! The common areas are kept very, very clean and have recently been replaced to have all new appliances (2017).
The room comes with the bed, wooden desk, and nice wooden dresser. The living room comes as is with all furniture in it!
About the roomies
The other roommates are two females, both students at CSU. House rules include: clean up after yourself and only smoke outside! Both girls have their own dogs ( Golden Retriever and an Aussie Toy ) so no more pets are allowed in, but they are sweethearts and you’ll fall in love with them guaranteed. By taking over my lease, you will also get the one parking spot available (:
