1500 square foot house with 2 car garage, and fenced in yard. 3 cats also reside at the home with me. I have a master bedroom available to rent. The attic is finished and I use the space for painting and yoga, but could be shared for other things. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and laundry area would be shared spaces. The basement could possibly be shared for storage. The property is a 3 minute walk to Washington High school, a 10 minute walk to the hospital, a 15 minute walk to the college buildings, or 10 minutes to the county courthouse. I am looking for a housemate that would be interested in short term housing, ideally a W&J student, a Washington UPMC student or employee - I don’t plan to live in the area after 2026/27. Rent does not include garage use, pet costs, or cable/internet. Electric, water, sewage, and gas IS included. Garage use and pets are open to discussion! central air, gas heat, full laundry room, dish washer, garage parking, street parking available.

Me and my 3 kitties. I am 35 f and I work odd jobs and at a health center. I have so much more house than I need. The costs of living would be much more manageable with a roommate while I go to school for nursing and have to cut back working hours.
