The home is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. and sits on a quarter acre with several apple trees on the property. It is located just down the street from Jenkinson Lake, and tenants are welcome to use our kayaks to enjoy the lake and surrounding nature.
Tenants share access to the kitchen, living rooms, and other communal spaces. The bathroom is shared with one other female tenant.
The home is located in snow country, so familiarity with mountain living and winter conditions is important.
About the Room The room is located on the second floor and shares that level with one other female tenant. It offers ample closet space and can come furnished with a TV, desk, and California king bed frame. The mattress is not included.
