I own a three bedroom home in San Marcos, available are two spare bedrooms that are attached to a private bath and a seperate second den is attached to them, and are available for short term rental. One of the guest bedrooms can be furnished or unfurnished, with a new bed and a dresser if needed. The second den is partially furnished and can be used as a tv room, an office, or as a storage room. It is partially furnished, just needs a tv.

I live in the home by myself, I am able to rent the spare area of the home on a short term basis, weekly or up to two or three months, and can negotiate if you need to rent a little longer, I am flexible on the length of time, would like to keep it on a weekly basis. You can use as much or as little of this unused part of the house as you would like, if you need storage space is good for that. I would like to have only one other person to rent this unused part of the home to, would consider a couple.
