SHORT TERM RENTERS WELCOME

Beautifully maintained, spacious, 1800 sq ft 4-bedroom house. 3 rooms available with shared bathroom…all three bedrooms have easy access to it and I make sure it stays clean. The bedrooms are furnished with a bed, minifridge, side table, and dresser. Each bedroom is spacious with its own walk-in closet. The kitchen is large and accessible to all.

There are also two driveways and a detached 2 car garage; plenty of space for all of our vehicles.

Utilities and internet are included in rent.

Pets can be considered (I have a dog myself) but I’ll have to do so on a case by case basis–as I said this is a new, well-maintained house and I’d like to keep it that way. No smoking on the property, please be clean, respectful, and employed. Would be happy to discuss details.

I’m a very easy-going guy, work a lot so I and my dog are rarely home. I’m introverted too, so even when I’m home, I won’t be bothering you much. As long as you’re clean and cool, you won’t get any trouble from me.
