Several options to rent: 1 bedroom & private bath $900/month; or 2 bedrooms private bath $1,100/month; or owner’s suite with ensuite bath and walk-in closet $1,300/month. Each option with one occupant only and $150-$200/month utilities. Utilities include: internet, gas, electric, water, cleaning, security and trash, laundry room. Occupant has use of house common areas. Kitchen includes separate refrigerator and kitchen storage. Must be responsible. As I have rented out for more than 10 years, I can provide references. I am retired from a military career, teaching leadership and a few years as an accountant, living in a three bedroom 2.5 bathroom house and would like to rent to a responsible person as I intend to do some travelling. I am in good condition and fairly active as I go to a local gym three times each week and take ballroom dancing lessons. I enjoy movies, a drink once in a while, reading, politics and travel. I am fairly quiet and clean, prefering the common areas to be clean and uncluttered. My bedroom is somewhat different. :)
