About a 5-minute walk to the 2 and 5 trains. Target, HomeGoods, restaurants, and pretty much everything else nearby. Street parking is usually easy.

I’m rarely home during the day, so the place stays pretty calm. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and not really big on having people over.

I like to keep the apartment clean and organized, nothing crazy, just basic respect for the space. I usually clean up after myself, keep things tidy, and like the apartment to feel calm and comfortable.
