About the room
The unit I’m renting technically is a one bed with a den(my room is the den),so the occupancy limit is 2 people. We live on the sixth floor of 2101 on market apartments. There are multiple elevators going up to our floor. The building has secured entry, a gym, and package receiving. The building is also pet friendly, and my dog is fine with other animals as long as properly introduced.
The application fee is $30. You will need to provide a your ID and a month’s worth of income proof. Each of our portion of rent is $850 + utilities. My old roommate already paid November/December rent. There is also a special going on for 8 weeks free rent, so we do not have to pay rent until March, I believe.
About the roomies
It’s just me(21 year old queer female) and my male service dog. My dog is fine with other animals with a proper introduction.
