The property has a front and back yard, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The back yard includes a deck, ideal for having your morning coffee, reading, or simply relaxing after a long day.

Inside, you’ll have access to a large, fully stocked kitchen with all supplies and appliances available for your use. There is also a comfortable social area where you can unwind, study, or spend time with others in the house.

The bathroom is shared with one other person, and the home is kept clean and organized.

For everyone’s safety, the property is equipped with security cameras both inside and outside the house.

You would be sharing the house with two wonderful people:

A 60-year-old teacher who is very friendly, helpful, and respectful.

A 20-year-old young woman, also friendly, kind, and easy to get along with.

There is also a trained service support dog in the home—well-behaved, calm, and part of creating a safe and supportive environment.
