This is a quiet and safe neighborhood on the North side of Racine. Parking is available in the driveway or the street. No contracts or security deposits will be required. You can move whenever you want. All that’s required is common courtesy, and pay your rent on time, every time. Absolutely no pets.

You pay a flat fee of 750.00. This room isn’t furnished but I do have a dresser if needed. Utilities and Internet are included with this offer. Peace, comfort and safety is my guarantee.
