Cozy, affordable small room available in a clean and friendly home. The room is small and perfect for students or someone who prefers a simple, peaceful space with sunny mornings from the east facing window. This room is perfect for winding down, studying or book reading.

The rest of the home is spacious and well-maintained, with a shared kitchen, warm living room, fast Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry and a large backyard that’s great for relaxing, getting fresh air or keeping our chickens company. We also have a driveway and street parking, with four spots total. Located less than 5 minutes from grocery stores, fast food, cafés, and public transit. Easy, comfortable living with respectful roommates.

Please note that a deposit is required to move in. This includes first and last months rent plus a safety deposit of $500 and a background check.

I’m a 28 year old female looking to room with other females. Preferably of same age or same lifestyle. I live with my homeland security (my two german shepherds), who love to snuggle up with you once they get to know you. They’ll bark and protect the house while simultaneously letting you know your amazon package has arrived. If you’re allergic to pet fur, or simply dont prefer it on you, this might not be the home for you. I like to keep a calm home, somewhere to relax and decompress after work or somewhere you can study if you’re a student. Not opposed to parties or gatherings as long as all parties are respectful. My priorities are clean, responsible and respectful roommates. Smoking is allowed outside the house.
