About the room

Private room for rent. $600 per month. The room is upstairs in a very clean, modern house. Month to month lease. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Washer and dryer on site for you to use, free of charge. All utilities and internet included in the rent price, you just pay the monthly rent, no other fees or costs. $500 security deposit to move in, and it will be returned to you when you move out. Available now and ready to move in. The room is unfurnished but if you need a bed or other minor furniture, we can provide it for you. No smoking or partying allowed.
