The property is a townhouse located in Catonsville. You will have your own private room with a full bathroom located in the basement of the house. There is a microwave and toaster oven downstairs, and we plan on adding a induction stove as well. If any intense cooking needs to be done then you can have access to the kitchen upstairs, otherwise you would stay in your portion of the house. Its a very quiet and calm neighborhood. There is a Giant, CVS, Dunkin, Weis, etc just a 8 minute walk away. UMBC is a 3 minute drive while CCBC is 8 minutes, so it is perfect for students. There is public transportation available, but if you have a car then parking is also available on site. All major highways are very close.
Everyone is very easy to get a long with, privacy is respected a lot. I recently graduated and currently work full time. In my free time I either go out with my friends or clean up around the house and catch up on anything I haven’t been doing.
