It’s a six-year-old manufactured home in a quiet 55 and older park. It’s one bedroom furnished with a full size bed nightstand armoire and closet for storage TV mounted to wall. a bathroom located across the hall with storage over toilet that would be private.The shower is a walking shower with two seats, one sink with storage under in the bathroom. There is a full size fridge for your use and kitchen. The floors are vinyl planking no thresholds The location is centrally located to all hospitals restaurants, shopping and entertainment, Costco is nearby.. It’s located in Canoga park. I’m close to the bus way, close to Porter Ranch, Woodland Hills, Northridge. Its got a nice little backyard. I would consider a dog on Park approval. NO cigarette smoking on premises. NO overnight guests. There’s a beautiful clubhouse that has a pool table , heated swimming pool , indoor jacuzzi , a gym, washer and dryers, BBQ. I work from home. I have a dog she’s 4 and is a goldendoodle. There is tandem covered parking and parking lot at end of street. I’m on an end unit with 1 neighbor on driveway side very secluded. Quiet hours 10 pm - 7:30 am. Respect common areas.
