Two unit house located in the South Wedge. This is the upper unit that has finished attic space, share kitchen, share, bathroom, share TV room. House has a basement with a shared washer & dryer.

There is a single women that lives in the lower unit and they keep to themselves. In the upper unit there is me age 52 and Bella a 1yr old old miniature schnauzer. I am a home body, but in the winter I get out a few weeks a month to snowmobile, in the spring I’ll be gone on some weekends riding a UTV or going to car races. I get along with most anyone.
