My apartment is a spacious & beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath, second (top) floor apartment with vaulted ceilings that is beautifully furnished. It’s located in the luxurious Malibu canyon apartments community, which features multiple pools with cabanas and bbqs, a 2 story gym, business center, etc.

I’ve lived in much fancier accommodations but this has been my favorite apartment. Its got a beautiful view looking out onto the hillside from the living room, and it is generally just a nice place to live. Its super quiet, the immediate neighbors are young professionals and some grad students who are all pretty quiet.

The guest room (that I’m renting) currently has a brand new king sized foam mattress from Costco and a 65“ TV mounted on the wall. In the past I’ve had a home office in there but decided I prefer to work in my office at my warehouse. I can throw a desk or dresser in there if needed.

My name is Robert. I’m 37 and I own a couple of businesses. I’ve been an entrepreneur since i was 18. I’m Jewish but not very observant.

I’m a college dropout and this year I decided I want to finish my degree as kinda something that’s always gnawed at me personally for a long time. I just got accepted, so I’m going to be pretty busy and don’t think that I’m going to be spending much time in my apartment. So, I decided I’m going to rent out what’s been my guest room and use the money to pay for this online program.

I currently occupy the master which has bathroom en-suite, and the room for rent has a detached bathroom immediately adjacent that more or less doesn’t get used (except for guests).

I keep the apartment immaculate in terms of cleanliness (never a dirty dish in the sink).

I cook most of my meals an am fine with someone who does as well so long as the kitchen is left in immaculate fashion.

I generally don’t have guests over except in the summer when I’ve had people come over to go swimming or hiking and that type of thing, and my expectation is that your social life revolves outside the apartment (generally speaking).
