it’s actually 2 bedrooms or u can have basement .The basement has a bathroom no shower that’s upstairs washer and dryer there’s a back door which would solely be up to u of how u wanna come in back or front u can park in driveway or around back it’s a nice neighborhood to live in my company is very seldom like almost none everyone now and again no pop ups allowed i’m very much to myself I do ask for communication just common courtesy other than that I’m out of your way i’m open to questions about anything but it’s all about respect if interested contact me have a good day and beyond

I’m a single male work a lot gone quite a bit the property has a sunroom it’s a nice quiet area with driveway and access to many food places and neighbors are friendly
