Room with closet, quiet older established neighborhood. Access to living area, kitchen, laundry is in garage. Parking in driveway. Located close to Trader Joe’s , Fair Oaks Village and all the local eateries there, convenient to Hwy 50 and 80. Roseville and old Folsom are 6 miles away. Three to six month lease term. Female preferred as my room that I will use is a loft.

Female professional with room for rent. I work a hybrid weekly work schedule usually remotely at home three days 8-5 pm. Sometimes at the gym after work. I usually go to the Bay Area two weekends per month or hike on weekends so you would have some time/ space to yourself. The house will be quiet if you need to study in evenings or sleep during the day. I am respectful and try to be mindful about privacy and people’s space. I just expect full rent paid on time.
