The Room… This comfortable 10’ x 12’ bedroom is spacious enough for a queen bed with room to walk around. It comes furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs, and includes a private bathroom. Storage is a major perk — you’ll have two large closets (6–8 ft wide each), one in the room and another in the adjacent office space.

The room features two windows with a beautiful mountain view, bringing in great natural light.

The Home… You’ll be living in a single-family home in a quiet, well-kept HOA community with access to parks, sports courts, and pools. It’s walking distance to hiking trails, 7 minutes to the I-15, and close to grocery stores and dining.

A dedicated attached garage parking spot is included. Laundry is conveniently located upstairs, and you’ll have full shared access to the kitchen, including half the pantry and half the fridge/freezer.

The living room and loft are fully furnished, comfortable, and open for communal use. The backyard is currently unfinished, with completion expected December/January.

Who would fit… This is a great place for someone who wants comfort, space, and flexibility. With two living areas and only two total occupants, you can choose to socialize or keep to yourself at any time.

If you work from home, the bedroom may be a little tight for a desk, but the dining table or office desk are available options (I work outside the home). Fair warning: two adorable kittens live here… they may distract you with their cuteness.

There are multiple cozy spots throughout the home — reading nooks, comfy seating, and TVs in the living room, loft, and office — so it’s easy to make the space feel like your own.

House Rules… • Be respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours (especially when someone is sleeping). • Guests welcome with prior consent; there’s even a guest bedroom available for visiting friends/family. • Smoking outside only. • I have two friendly kittens.

You’d be sharing the home with me — a working professional who’s friendly, respectful, and pretty laid-back. I keep common areas tidy, enjoy good conversation, but also value personal space and a peaceful home. I’m usually out during the day for work. You’ll also be greeted by two affectionate kittens who think everyone is their new best friend.
