You’ll have a private bedroom on the second floor with a closet, as well as exclusive access to the entire 3rd floor studio/apartment.

The finished attic is the nicest part of the house. Thick soundproof floor/walls, plenty of privacy, storage, natural light and hard wood surfaces.

Washer/Dryer on site, Street Parking available, Back Yard/Garden access, Extra Storage in garage/basement.

I’m 40-years-old, and I’m a professional musician. I work for a local radio station and I teach piano lessons in Woodstock during the week. I don’t make a lot of noise here at the house, but there is a basement full of instruments and an upright piano in the dining room.

I have an 8-year-old daughter who is gifted, and lives with her mom. Once or twice a week, she comes over to play. I’ve been living in Kingston for over 20 years and I really like the quiet, easy way of life here in the uptown area. Washington Avenue can get busy, but my little dead-end street, just 4 blocks from all the local shops and cafes, provides just enough peace and tranquility.
