Two story 1,900 sq. ft. home in a subdivision in the city of Jackson. Room is 14x10 with vaulted ceiling and 5’8“x3’5“ closet. Bathroom is right outside bedroom door (main guest bath is downstairs). Basic utilities (electric, water, sewage, trash) included. Space for a single vehicle in the driveway (short driveway). Rent is negotiable for someone willing to help with minor house projects.

I’m pretty laid back person that works primarily Monday-Friday and about to retire to work part-time. I work in public safety. No drugs or wild parties. Occasionally will have a small group of friends over for get-togethers.
