About the Home • Full access to the kitchen, living room, and dining room • Shared bathroom between the two available rooms • Washer and dryer available for use • Backyard access • Parking available • All utilities included: Wi-Fi, electricity, water • Move-in as early as February 1st or sooner

Room Details • Room 1: Includes a mattress and bed frame if needed • Room 2: Blow-up mattress available if needed • Bringing your own furniture is welcome

Location • 5 minutes to Hurlburt Field • 10–12 minutes to Eglin Air Force Base • 10 minutes to Navarre Beach Convenient and central for work, school, and daily life.

Pets • I have two friendly dogs in the home • Other pets are negotiable, but preferably none

Pricing • $800 per month, per room • $400 security deposit • Discount available if one person rents both bedrooms
