hi, we are looking for a single individual in their mid-late 20’s to fill up a room in our house. it is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, two-story house located in Poway. the room will be unfurnished and is ready for immediate move in.

you will have a private bedroom with access to 2 detached, shared bathrooms, and access to all the common areas. the room will be a month-to-month tenancy for a single occupant. no couples or children. a single dog is okay as long as they’re fully trained and must be friendly with other people and dogs with no habits of showing aggression or resource guarding.

the rent for the room is $1,200 per month without utilities included, plus a $1,000 deposit, and a monthly roommate agreement to be paid and signed by you prior to moving in.

we don’t mind occasional guests in the household including occasional overnight guests. we’re 420 friendly and don’t mind having it around as long as you’re respectful of us and the property and only smoke it outside of the house and clean up after yourself when you do. no cigarette smokers.

we are looking for an individual in their mid-late 20’s, LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, respectful, quiet, and a working professional or student with a similar busy schedule to fill the room. we are a mostly queer household so you must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Absolutely No Trump Supporters. don’t bother inquiring if you have any issues with that. if you have any questions about the house or us, then please feel free to ask!

we are, Erin (27, M, vet tech/barber), Elizabeth (25, F, cosmetologist/barber), Jean (28, M, dog groomer), Zack (21, M, UPS driver), Guava (1, Spayed Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix), and Sun (3, Spayed Chihuahua Mix). we are all in and out of the house at different times of the day and like to come home to rest and relax. we’re always down to hang out, but you’ll never be obligated to do so if you prefer your own space. let us know if you’re interested, we look forward to getting to speak to you!
