Bars, coffee shops, thrift stores, grocery stores, etc all within 3 blocks.

8 line and other bus lines one block away. Orange and red line walking distance. Very safe neighborhood the police department is literally 2 blocks away. Low key working class Asian neighborhood.

Nice 10x9 room w a window that opens. Comes with futon, tv stand and tv if you want, or they can be moved out. Also has a hanger stand since neither room has a closet.

Ideally I’d like people that can actually meet me and view apartment. But if you can meet credit and job requirements w landlord I’m happy to hear from ya.

Could be perfect for just regular working person who wants a good long term living situation, but also good for someone that needs travel for work regularly and needs a safe regular place for the year. I have a very good relationship with landlords and plan to live here for a good long time.
