FEMALES ONLY. Welcome to a room in our luxurious apartment on the 22nd floor of a secure building, offering stunning views and a comfortable stay. Looking for a tenant to stay for about 3-6 months.

This is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. I am renting out my bedroom. Very nice and kind women occupy the other rooms. I am looking for a female tenant who is QUIET in common areas and MINDFUL of the other roommates in the apartment. We keep the shared spaces (kitchen and living room) clean and tidy, and this is not a party apartment. It’s important you’re not blasting youtube, tiktok, etc. videos in the living room or kitchen unless you’re using headphones. You have a private tv in your bedroom. This is the ideal location on the UES and is easily accessible to public transportation and stores.

This room includes a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, providing convenience during your stay. The indoor amenities include high ceilings, providing a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. The flooring material is hardwood with area rugs, providing a clean and modern look. Ralph Lauren furniture adorns the entire apartment.

The closet and bathroom will be cleaned up and my personal belongings will be removed before you arrive.

One roommate travels back and forth between NYC and florida and owns her own business.

The other roommate works in corporate philanthropy and works hybrid.

Both are very kind, polite, clean, respectful, and friendly. But we value maintaining peace and quiet in this apartment.
