Located in the quiet West end of Russellville we’re offering our 1200 square foot basement suite for rent. A private bedroom/ living room/ kitchenette plus private half bath and shared full bathroom with shower. Laundry room is shared. You will have access to our salt water pool as well. Looking for a quiet, clean and courteous roommate. Rent is month to month.

We’re a small ,busy 3 person family. There are a couple of small room type Air BNBs on the property. Which do not share space with the suite we’re renting out. But you will notice guests around on occasion. We have an elementary age child and one of us works nights. Our pets are 2 outdoor cats on the property and 12 chickens. We look forward to meeting our new housemate.
