Master bedroom with private bathroom. Shared common areas. Washer and dryer in apartment. Must be on lease. Background check required. We prefer no pets. Apartment is furnished. Bedroom is unfurnished. Electric and internet is split between roomies.
Roomies are very respectful and chill. We work in the hospitality industry so often hours are late or long. We often cook late after work. We keep common areas clean respectfully. Current lease ends at the end of May but would like to find a new roomie for the master bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, etc for cooking and eating.
