We have a room that will be available soon this June, basically a toxic roommate is facing eviction due to being several months behind on rent, and the room should be opening up shortly. Tours cannot happen until he is fully out though.

All the important things: Lease is for 1-year, sublets are not allowed. We have one ESA Cat living on site; no other pets are currently allowed. Rent per each bedroom is $800 a month. And utilities are split evenly between all tenants. Ults Cover- Electric, Garbage, and Wifi. With Electric constantly Changing and Wifi/Garbage Remaining the same. Garbage is paid once every 2 months. Utilities per person shouldn’t exceed more than $110/month at the most.
About your roommates: Two huge Nerds who enjoy all things retro and modern gaming. We are chill and do our own thing typically but have conversations and hangout from time to time when our schedules allow it. We are Hoping to find fellow nerdy and creative people preferably within the age range of early 20s to 30s, but are open to anyone who may be interested.
