About the room
Hey,
I’m 21 (F) and an international student — clean, quiet, and laid-back. No smoking/party/drug at home. I’m open to possible friendship :) looking for only female roomates to rent an apartment together!
I’ll be transferring to Brooklyn College for an Accounting major in Spring 2026, and I’m looking for a place to live — ideally around $1,000/month. My available move in date is 12/15.
It hasn’t been easy finding something reliable, so I thought it’d be nice to team up with other students or young professionals to rent an apartment together.
I found this 3-bedroom apartment near Church Ave (2/5 line. Easy to go to Manhattan in 30min) — clean, safe, and convenient:

There’s a station nearby, clean safe residential neighborhood, laundry in building.
I value having a peaceful and respectful home, somewhere quiet where we can relax and recharge without extra stress on top of school or work :)
Also, if you already have a room available that suits me or are looking for a roommate, please message me as well. I’d love to live somewhere that’s tidy, peaceful, and within about 30 minutes to the BC and the Financial District by public transit.
If you’re interested, feel free to DM me!
About the roomies

I’m going to do video chat to interview to see if we’re a good match. Im looking for a very responsible and respectful roommates who’re willing to talk and solve issues when there’s and pay monthly bill on time in advance and dont be late. At least I’m going to collect the monthly bill a week before. We’re gonna see the bill together, no hiding. I value trust in relationships so that we can live together without drama. Extra about myself, I prefer 68 to 72°F temperature, and spend most of the day in my room. Ask first when borrowing things and inviting someone. No couples preferred.
