I have a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment with beautiful balcony views in Glendale. This bedroom is unfurnished and includes your own private ensuite bathroom.

One assigned garage parking space included. Laundry room located inside of apartment building. Amenities include a pool/jacuzzi, gym, business center and bbq area. Minutes away from shopping and recreational activities in a walkable distance.

The living room and kitchen are shared common spaces (photos you see were taken last year).

About the roomies

We are a couple (29M and 26F) urgently looking for a new long or short term roommate (or 2 people max) beginning Jan 2026 since the renewal of our current one year lease. If we do not find one, we plan to relocate in Dec 2026 after our leasing contract is up.
