About the room

An unfurnished room for rent with a shared bathroom. It is a pet free and nonsmoking home (🍃is okay but not inside) and I want it to remain that way. You will have access to the basement where laundry is located as well as a little hangout area where there will eventually be a bar that is being custom made.

About the roomies

I like to keep a clean home and need a roommate that is also clean. I crochet and love reality tv. My home is generally quiet, but I do enjoy hosting from time to time. Clean backgrounds only please.
