About the room
There are Security Cameras in the complex. The room is bright with a huge closet. The apartment is located in a very family-oriented neighborhood with shopping centers and grocery stores nearby. We are in the middle of the best parts of West LA - seven miles from the beach, three miles from West Hollywood, seven in a half miles from LAX airport, etc.
Details: Private room, shared bathroom, water, gas, & internet is included in rent; electricity is NOT included (electricity bill varies, split between us 3), street parking available, laundry in the building. Unit is on second floor, no additional pets (we already have one cat; landlord allows only one per unit)
