Washer & dryer, and dishwasher available. The bathroom is not connected to the room itself, but it is a full bathroom and your privacy is a priority. About 5 to 10 mins away from old town and considering it is right next to the 101, most areas are quick to travel. No additional pets allowed.

My name is Zoe, I am 24 years old and I live here with my 3 year old dog (he’s a big boy but very well behaved). I am career driven and I prefer to keep a relatively calm household. I consider myself an “extroverted introvert”, I like to spend time with friends but I am not a big partier, although I do enjoy spending time out of the house when I have free time. I love the outdoors and I am pretty active. I have a horse and like to go camping when the weather allows. I am looking for someone who is on a similar page schedule wise; I work M-F 8 hour days, in office 3 days a week and home the other 2. I am laid back but prefer to keep a clean and inviting common space.
